Enclosure

The Controller Enclosure (CE) number is displayed.

Click this item to display the [Controller Enclosure Detail] Screen.

This item is displayed for the ETERNUS DX900 S6 or the ETERNUS DX8900 S6.

CM

The Controller Module (CM) number is displayed.

Click this item to display the [Controller Module Detail] Screen.

CM#n

DA

The DA number is displayed.

Click this item to display the [Drive Adapter Detail] Screen.

DA#n

Type

The DA type is displayed.

Note

  • When a DA is installed in the storage system, the DA is regarded as an undefined DA. "Initial Pattern" is displayed for undefined DAs. Use the [Add Drive Adapter] function to define the type for undefined DAs. Note that the [Add Drive Adapter] function can be performed by a maintenance engineer who has the "Maintenance Operation" policy.

Status

The DA status is displayed.
