Fibre Channel (FC)
Data transfer is performed between multiple ETERNUS AF/DX storage systems by using the host interface. The ETERNUS AF/DX can be connected to the destination storage system directly or with the switch. A digital service unit is required for remote connections if a line is used.
Host interfaces with three different maximum transfer rates (64Gbit/s, 32Gbit/s, and 16Gbit/s) are available.
