When the Setting PC and the RMT Port Are Connected Directly

Directly connect the RMT port of the ETERNUS DX to the setting PC via a LAN cable.
Set the IP address and subnet mask of the setting PC according to the ETERNUS DX network environment.
Enter the URL (https://IP address of the storage system) in the address bar of the web browser.

The default IP address is "192.168.1.1".

The login screen for ETERNUS Web GUI appears. Refer to Login for the detailed procedure to log in.
Note
- For details about setting the IP address of the MNT port, refer to "Setup Network Environment" in "Web GUI User's Guide".
- The default port number for connecting via https is "443".
