Submit and view support cases for ASA r2 storage systems
If you have an issue that requires assistance, you can use ONTAP System Manager to submit a case to our support. You can also use ONTAP System Manager to view cases that are closed or in progress.
You must be registered with Active IQ to view support cases for your ASA r2 system.
Steps

To submit a support case, in ONTAP System Manager, select Cluster >Support; then select Go to our support.

To view a previously submitted case, in ONTAP System Manager, select Cluster >Support; then select View my cases.
